Julie Moses has always had a passion for doing hair. Julie is very well rounded in hair, nails, and makeup, although her specialty and passion in this industry is hair color. She graduated from cosmetology school at Toni & guy in Coeur d’ Alene Idaho. Julie is great at all AVEDA hair color techniques, ombre’s and foiling.
